perfect stay at that night. clean, trendy boutique hotel with good and amazing location very close to the underground station. the very helpful and amicable staff working throughout the property.

The HOTel was gorgeous, with fairly quiet and silent rooms. Most of the staff were welcoming and polite.

The room had some cleanliness issues, like hair on the pillows.

Everything was absolutely fine, amicable staff, decent location short walk to Close to the main attractions by tube, the Wetherspoons pub and the overground rail line. It was as expected, had a nice stay at that night.

I had the quadruple room, it was silent.

Location: the hotel was so close to Underground as well as the tube station.

The kitchenette in the room was convenient. Proximity to Belsize Park station allowed quick access to the city.

The double room felt more like a hostel with plain white walls and a lack of decor, giving off a rather bare vibe. Though there was a window, the view was nothing special, and the bed left much to be desired in terms of comfort, especially with the hard pillows. Plus, I was right near the emergency door, a lot of noise when people came in late at night. The plumbing added a low humming sound that didn't help with the atmosphere at all. The TV could hardly be called a TV due to its tiny size. One night was tolerable-any longer might have me searching for a different setup.

Stylish room, well-equipped room, with a comfy bed to sleep and convenient access to the nearby tube station for easy city exploration.

Excellent for family trips

The room was a nice size and had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, made it real easy to prep some snacks. The staff were super friendly, called down for some extra cutlery and it was brought up right away.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but was still acceptable.

The bed provided a comfortable and restful experience. I appreciated the ability to open the windows when needed and the functioning air conditioning. The staff's friendliness really enhanced our stay.

The upgrade to a room with a window. Having a kitchenette was a fantastic surprise, great to prepare a simple meal after our arrival. The bathroom amenities were abundant, and the shower was surprisingly relaxing. The street noise was somewhat disruptive at night, particularly for light sleepers, and the room's entrance directly from the reception felt a little odd initially.

I had such a great time here! The breakfast options were a real treat, especially the self-service English breakfast. The shower in my room was fabulous, like a mini spa experience! Plus, it was convenient being so close to the tube for easy access around London.

Nice place with great wi-fi, comfortable tv, and helpful luggage storage. I remember the kind staff who returned my forgotten earphones. Such thoughtful service makes me choose this spot again. Highly recommend!
